RipperSolutions Privacy Policy

Introduction

This Privacy Policy outlines RipperSolutions LLC (" we ", " our " or " RipperSolutions LLC ") practices with respect to information collected from users who access our website at https://rippersolutions.com (" Site "), or otherwise share personal information with us (collectively: " Users ").

Grounds for data collection

Processing of your personal information (meaning any information which may potentially allow your identification with reasonable means; hereinafter “Personal Information”) is done only where we have a valid legal basis to do so.

For RipperSolutions LLC, this typically means:
  • Performance of a contract – We process Personal Information to respond to your inquiries, provide quotes, deliver services you request, and manage our ongoing relationship with you.
  • Legitimate interests – We process Personal Information as needed to operate, maintain, and improve our services, to communicate with you about your requests, and to protect the security of our systems and our business. We do this only where these interests are not overridden by your rights and interests.
  • Legal and regulatory obligations – We may process and store certain Personal Information to comply with applicable laws, tax and accounting requirements, and other regulatory obligations.
In most cases, the only Personal Information we collect is information that you voluntarily provide to us (for example, when you submit a contact form or reach out by email, such as your name, contact details, and information about your project or request).

When you use the Site and choose to submit Personal Information to us, you consent to the collection, storage, use, disclosure, and other processing of your Personal Information as described in this Privacy Policy.

We encourage our users to carefully read this Privacy Policy and use it to make informed decisions.

What information we collect?

We collect two types of data and information from users of the Site:

  1. Non-personal Information
  2. Personal Information

1) Non-personal Information

The first type of information is un-identified and non-identifiable information pertaining to a user, which may be made available or gathered via your use of the Site (“Non-personal Information”). We are not aware of the identity of a specific user from which the Non-personal Information was collected.

Non-personal Information that may be collected can include:

  • Aggregated usage information (such as general traffic patterns and page views).
  • Technical information transmitted by your device or browser, such as type of browser, operating system, language preference, referring pages, and approximate access times.
  • Basic interaction data on the Site (such as pages viewed, clicks, and time spent on different sections).

We use this information primarily to operate, maintain, and improve the Site and to understand how visitors are using it.

2) Personal Information

The second type of information is individually identifiable information, namely information that identifies an individual or may, with reasonable effort, identify an individual (“Personal Information”).

In the context of RipperSolutions LLC, Personal Information typically includes:

  • Contact Form Information: When you choose to contact us or request information through the Site, you may provide your name, email address, phone number, and any information you include in the message or project description.
  • Communication Information: If you contact us directly (for example, by email or phone), we may collect your contact details and the content of your communication so we can respond and keep a record of our interactions.
  • Technical Identifiers: Depending on your browser and network, we may receive your IP address and basic device information as part of normal web server logs. This is used for security, troubleshooting, and basic analytics.

We do not require you to create an account or register to use the Site, and we do not intentionally collect sensitive categories of data (such as financial information, government ID numbers, or health-related data) through the Site’s standard contact forms. If you choose to include such information in a free-text field, it will be processed only as necessary to respond to your request and will not be used for any unrelated purpose.

    How do we receive information about you?

    We receive your Personal Information from various sources:
    • When you voluntarily provide us your personal details in order to contact us through the Site;
    • When you use or access our Site in connection with your use of our services;
    • From third party providers, services and public registers (for example, traffic analytics vendors).

    What do we do with the information we collect?

    We do not rent, sell, or share users’ Personal Information with third parties except as described in this Privacy Policy.

    We may use the Personal Information and Non-personal Information described above for the following purposes:
    • To operate and provide our services – including responding to inquiries, providing quotes, planning and delivering work, and managing our relationship with you.
    • Communicating with you – sending you service-related messages (such as replies to your contact requests, scheduling, or project updates) and responding to any questions or support issues you may raise.
    • Improving and securing the Site – monitoring usage, troubleshooting problems, and protecting the security and integrity of our systems.
    • Record-keeping and compliance – maintaining records as required for tax, accounting, and other legal or regulatory obligations.

    We do not currently use your Personal Information to serve targeted advertisements or to run third-party marketing campaigns based on your activity on the Site.

    Sharing information with third parties

    In addition to the uses listed above, we may transfer or disclose Personal Information to our trusted third-party service providers, where this is necessary to operate our business and the Site. These third parties may include, for example:
    • Website hosting and infrastructure providers who host and operate our Site.
    • Email and communication service providers used to send and receive messages.
    • Cloud storage or productivity tools used for securely storing and managing records.
    • Analytics or monitoring tools that help us understand Site performance and detect issues.
    These providers process Personal Information only on our behalf, under our instructions, and are not permitted to use it for their own independent purposes.

    Legal disclosures

    We may also disclose information if we have a good faith belief that such disclosure is helpful or reasonably necessary to:

    1. comply with any applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request;
    2. enforce our policies or agreements, including investigations of potential violations;
    3. nvestigate, detect, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, security issues, or other wrongdoing;
    4. establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims; or
    5. prevent harm to the rights, property, or safety of RipperSolutions LLC, our users, or any third party, including in connection with cooperating with law enforcement authorities.

    User Rights

    Users may have certain rights regarding their Personal Information, depending on their location and applicable law.

    Subject to those laws and to our own legitimate interests and legal obligations, you may be able to:
    • Request confirmation as to whether we process Personal Information about you and, if so, request access to that information and related details.
    • Request a copy of the Personal Information you have directly provided to us, in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format.
    • Request correction (rectification) of Personal Information that is inaccurate or incomplete.
    • Request deletion (erasure) of your Personal Information, where there is no longer a valid reason for us to keep it.
    • Object to our processing of your Personal Information where we are relying on legitimate interests, and we will consider your request in light of our obligations.
    • Request that we restrict the processing of your Personal Information in certain circumstances (for example, while we verify its accuracy or our grounds for processing it).
    • Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority or other relevant data protection regulator if you believe your rights have been violated.
    Please note that these rights are not absolute and may be limited by applicable law, our need to comply with legal or contractual obligations, and our legitimate interests (for example, keeping certain records for tax or accounting purposes).

    If you wish to exercise any of these rights or receive more information about how your Personal Information is handled, you can contact us at:

    RipperSolutions LLC
    Email: vfantauzzo@rippersolutions.com
    You may also contact us through the contact form available on the Site.

    Retention

    We will retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services, and as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our policies. Retention periods will be determined taking into account the type of information that is collected and the purpose for which it is collected, bearing in mind the requirements applicable to the situation and the need to destroy outdated, unused information at the earliest reasonable time. Under applicable regulations, we will keep records containing client personal data, account opening documents, communications and anything else as required by applicable laws and regulations.

    We may rectify, replenish or remove incomplete or inaccurate information, at any time and at our own discretion.

    Cookies

    We and our trusted partners use cookies and other technologies in our related services, including when you visit our Site or access our services.

    A "cookie" is a small piece of information that a website assign to your device while you are viewing a website. Cookies are very helpful and can be used for various different purposes. These purposes include allowing you to navigate between pages efficiently, enable automatic activation of certain features, remembering your preferences and making the interaction between you and our Services quicker and easier. Cookies are also used to help ensure that the advertisements you see are relevant to you and your interests and to compile statistical data on your use of our Services.

    The Site uses the following types of cookies:

    a. 'session cookies' which are stored only temporarily during a browsing session in order to allow normal use of the system and are deleted from your device when the browser is closed;

    b. 'persistent cookies ' which are read only by the Site, saved on your computer for a fixed period and are not deleted when the browser is closed. Such cookies are used where we need to know who you are for repeat visits, for example to allow us to store your preferences for the next sign-in;

    c. 'third party cookies' which are set by other online services who run content on the page you are viewing, for example by third party analytics companies who monitor and analyze our web access.

    Cookies do not contain any information that personally identifies you, but Personal Information that we store about you may be linked, by us, to the information stored in and obtained from cookies. You may remove the cookies by following the instructions of your device preferences; however, if you choose to disable cookies, some features of our Site may not operate properly and your online experience may be limited.

Google Analytics collects information such as how often users access the Site, what pages they visit when they do so, etc. We use the information we get from Google Analytics only to improve our Site and services. Google Analytics collects the IP address assigned to you on the date you visit sites, rather than your name or other identifying information. We do not combine the information collected through the use of Google Analytics with personally identifiable information. Google’s ability to use and share information collected by Google Analytics about your visits to this Site is restricted by the Google Analytics Terms of Use and the Google Privacy Policy.

    Third party collection of information

    Our policy only addresses the use and disclosure of information we collect from you. To the extent you disclose your information to other parties or sites throughout the internet, different rules may apply to their use or disclosure of the information you disclose to them. Accordingly, we encourage you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policy of each third party that you choose to disclose information to.

    This Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of companies that we do not own or control, or to individuals whom we do not employ or manage, including any of the third parties which we may disclose information as set forth in this Privacy Policy.

    How do we safeguard your information?

    We take reasonable care in implementing and maintaining the security of the Site and the information we collect.

    The RipperSolutions website is hosted and operated using third-party infrastructure (including services provided by ZenBusiness and/or their hosting partners). These providers use industry-standard security measures such as physical safeguards, network security, and access controls to help protect data stored on or transmitted through their systems.

    On our side, we aim to:
    • Use secure connections (HTTPS) where supported by our hosting provider to help protect information in transit.
    • Limit access to Personal Information to only those who need it for legitimate business purposes (for example, handling inquiries, record-keeping, or providing services).
    • Retain Personal Information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy or as required by law.
    However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure. Although we take reasonable steps to safeguard information, we cannot guarantee absolute security or be responsible for the actions of third parties who gain unauthorized access to the Site or to information stored or transmitted through it. You use the Site and provide information at your own risk.

    Transfer of data outside the EEA

    Advertisements

    We do not currently use third-party advertising technologies on the Site, and we do not sell ad space or show behaviorally targeted advertisements based on your activity on the Site.

    We may use basic, non-personal analytics or server logs (such as page views and general traffic patterns) to understand how visitors use the Site and to improve our content and services. These tools are used for operational and performance purposes only, not to create advertising profiles or to serve personalized ads.

    If our use of advertising or tracking technologies changes in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy and, where required by law, provide additional notice or obtain your consent before using your information for those purposes.
